Metro Fire Systems is currently engaged to deliver the complete fire protection solution for the Carl Street social housing development, a 16-storey residential project located in Woolloongabba. Engaged by Buildcorp, Metro Fire Systems is delivering a the design, supply and installation of fire sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels and fire detection systems.
Working in collaboration with Buildcorp and project consultants, our team is coordinating the integration of all fire services throughout the development to ensure a compliant and efficient outcome. This project highlights our ability to deliver dependable fire protection systems across large-scale residential builds.
Metro Fire Systems is currently delivering the fire protection package for Stage 1 of the Tydal Woody Point development, a 12-storey luxury apartment building situated on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Engaged by Traders in Purple, our team is responsible for the design, supply and installation of fire sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels and detection systems.
As an active project, we are working closely with the builder and consultants to ensure all fire systems are integrated seamlessly with the building’s premium design through advanced BIM coordination. Metro Fire Systems is currently engaged to deliver the complete fire protection solution for Austranna’s new state-of-the-art facility in Mutdapilly, Queensland. This significant project includes a 10,000m² processing facility and an expansive 110,000m² grow house, designed to support large-scale agricultural operations.
As a high-risk facility with complex operational requirements, our scope involves the design, supply and installation of fire sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, and detection systems tailored to meet both industrial and agricultural fire safety standards.
Through detailed BIM coordination and close collaboration with project stakeholders, our team is working to ensure a compliant, efficient and future-ready fire protection system that supports the safety and functionality of this large-scale development.
Metro Fire Systems was engaged by Buildcorp to deliver fire protection services as part of the eastern stand refurbishment at Suncorp Stadium, one of Queensland’s most iconic sporting venues. This project involved working within a live, operational environment, requiring careful staging, coordination and adherence to strict safety and compliance protocols.
Our scope included the upgrade and reconfiguration of existing fire systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels and detection equipment, all integrated to align with the refurbished layout. With a focus on minimizing disruption and ensuring full compliance with current fire safety standards.
